Do you want to help solve grid congestion into something slightly less dramatic and better for our future? We’re growing faster than the list of Trump’s diplomatic blunders and need someone who can help our Customer Operations & Delivery team to… well, deliver. We’re looking for someone with the right mindset, who’s ready to take full ownership of our smart EMS’ implementation to customers and make sure that the fabled on-time / on-budget / happy customer perfect storm finally happens.

🔥 What you’ll be doing:

👉 Implementation specialist: you’ll be coordinating the implementation of EMS projects with our installation partners, from contract execution to handover to our Customer Support team, making sure they have access to the correct resources and set things up correctly so that our end-customer’s EMS runs correctly from the get-go!

👉 Troubleshooting mindset: you’ll be the escalation point for implementation issues, and first line support when it’s needed. Whether it’s a hardware, Tibo EMS or site-related issue, you know how to narrow it down to the root cause and work with our Partners to fix it. You also know know your limits and escalate internally to minimize downtime for our Customers.

👉 Pleasant but not pleasing: you’ll make sure to maintain good relationships with our end-customers, our Installation Partners and our hardware & services suppliers.

👉 Future-proofing growth: you’ll be working closely with our Strategy and Product teams to make sure the product goes in the right direction, as you’ll be Tibo’s best source of information when it comes to how well our solution implements and integrates to end-customer environments.

👉 Ultimately, you are the face of our EMS-product, representative of Tibo’s quality of service to Partners and Customers alike.

Job requirements

🎯 You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

✔️ Native fluency in Dutch, as all of our customers today are from the Netherlands or Belgium.

✔️ Professional fluency in English, as our team is international and English is our work language internally.

✔️ 2 to 4 years of experience with installing, maintaining or delivering energy systems: distribution boxes, inverters, transformers, energy assets. You also know the difference between a kW and a kWh.

✔️ Completed vocational or technical training (MBO level 2–3 or equivalent) in electrical engineering, electrotechnical engineering (elektro & techniek), or a related field.

✔️ If your experience or qualifications don’t exactly fit what we ask of you, but you are convinced that you have the skills, talent and/or complementary work experience to make this work, please apply and we promise to give your application as much attention as all the others.

✔️ An strong affinity with IT: IP-addresses configuration & management, business networks, communication protocols.

✔️ Proven planning & communication skills, with customers, and able to handle difficult conversations.

✔️ Experience with the Microsoft365 suite of tools

✔️ Familiarity with online software like Freshdesk, [Monday.com](http://monday.com/), Hubspot, Notion

✔️ A passion for juggling 60% of planned work, 30% of ever changing priorities based on what the business needs and 10% of personal initiative.

✔️ As a bonus, some experience with use of advanced AI tools, API, integration tools like Zapier, and smart work-management software.
