Do you want to shape the future of energy? Then you might be the Account Executive we’re looking for.

At Tibo Energy we’re scaling fast on the back of inbound demand and a strong partner network. As an Account Executive you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle: from qualifying interest, to running consultative demos, to closing deals that help companies tackle high energy costs, grid congestion and decarbonisation.

🔥 What you’ll be doing:

👉 Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.

👉 Qualify inbound demand and spot new opportunities with high strategic value.

👉 Run consultative conversations with businesses facing energy challenges.

👉 Collaborate with partners to co-sell and expand EMS adoption.

👉 Work closely with Product and Marketing to bring customer insights into our go-to-market.

👉 Manage pipeline in CRM and deliver accurate forecasts.

Job requirements

🎯 What we’re looking for:

✔️ Minimum of 2 years experience of quota carrying Sales and Account Executive experience.

✔️ Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets.

✔️ Experience running the sales cycle from Business Champion to C-Level.

✔️ Experience owning and closing complex sales cycles and ownership of all aspects of territory management.

✔️ Fluent in Dutch and English
