We’re looking for a Partner Manager who knows how to make partnerships work. You’ll bring in new partners, get them up to speed fast, and make sure they can confidently sell and use our EMS. You’ll build relationships that last, turn plans into real business, and make partner activity show up as revenue - not just promises.

I build the relationships, create the plans, and make sure partnerships turn into real business. When they win, we win.

👉 Build and run partner strategies that deliver growth

👉 Bring in new partners and make them part of the energy transition

👉 Keep relationships strong and valuable, not just transactional

👉 Train and support partners so they can use Tibo EMS with confidence

👉 Spot chances for growth by tracking what’s working (and what’s not)

👉 Work across teams to give partners everything they need to succeed

Job requirements

🎯 What we’re looking for:

✔️ Proven experience in managing B2B channel/partner ecosystems (preferably SaaS or energy/tech sector).

✔️ Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate partner activity into pipeline and revenue.

✔️ Skilled in relationship building at multiple levels (sales, technical, executive).

✔️ Experience with partner enablement: onboarding, training, joint business planning, QBRs.

✔️ Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to drive partner success.

✔️ Fluent in Dutch and English
