Product Manager

As our Product Manager, you are the critical link between visionary ideas and business value through intuitive product experiences. You bring sharp product thinking, a user-obsessed mindset, and a relentless drive to shape and scale a product that makes energy management smarter and more impactful.

You’ll act as the voice of the user and the market—spotting opportunities others overlook. You’ll translate strategic vision, functional needs, and end-user pain points into elegant interfaces, practical workflows, and well-scoped initiatives.

🔥 What you’ll be doing:

👉 Product Strategy & Vision

Define, own, and continuously refine the product vision and strategy for Tibo’s EMS (Energy Management System) platform. You’ll align company ambitions, market developments, and user needs into a compelling product direction.

👉 Roadmap Ownership & Prioritisation

Translate long-term goals into a clear, actionable roadmap. Prioritise opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.

👉 Discovery & Market Insight

Run discovery initiatives with customers, partners, and internal teams. Stay close to regulatory changes and market dynamics in the fast-moving energy sector, translating insights into product opportunities.

👉 User Experience & Workflow Optimisation

Champion intuitive user experiences—removing friction, simplifying workflows, and designing interfaces that don’t need a manual.

👉 Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and partners to ensure alignment and delivery. Bring clarity and context so teams understand not just what to build, but why.

👉 Product Performance & Iteration

Track adoption, engagement, and business impact of features. Use insights to iterate, improve, and occasionally kill what doesn’t work.

👉 Scaling Product Management

As our first dedicated Product Manager, you’ll set the foundation for product practices at Tibo. You’ll shape how we do discovery, prioritisation, and roadmapping—paving the way for a growing product team in the future.

👑 Authority – You have the authority to make fast decisions about the product, including prioritizing work and accepting/rejecting deliverables

🎯 What we’re looking for:

✔️ Proven experience in agile (Scrum) Product Management (5+ years), ideally in SaaS or platform environments

✔️ Strong strategic product thinking with user-centred design sensibilities

✔️ Track record of turning market, user, and business insights into product impact

✔️ Experience leading cross-functional teams with clear communication and influence

✔️ Fluency in product discovery methods, roadmapping, and data-informed iteration

✔️ Proficiency with tools like Figma, GitHub, and agile project tracking tools

✔️ Familiarity with energy, SaaS, or complex technical domains is a plus

✔️ Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

💼 What we offer:
