As Sales Development Representative you’ll play a key role in this mission. You’ll be the first point of contact for new opportunities, turning interest into meaningful conversations and fuelling our growth. This role is the perfect starting point for a career in B2B sales, with a clear path to owning the full sales cycle.

🔥 What you’ll be doing:
👉 Opportunity spotting: Research potential accounts and identify where Tibo EMS can solve real challenges in energy management.
👉 Engagement: Engage with decision makers through relevant, insight-driven outreach that builds on real signals and context.
👉 Qualification: Hold the first conversations, uncover needs, and determine whether there’s a fit with our solution.
👉 Collaboration: Work closely with Partner Managers and Account Executives to move qualified opportunities forward.
👉 Knowledge building: Develop a strong understanding of energy transition challenges (grid congestion, dynamic pricing, renewable integration) and how Tibo EMS addresses them.
👉 CRM discipline: Keep our funnel transparent and accurate by logging all activities and insights.
👉 Market pulse: Stay up to date on trends, regulations and competitor activity in the energy space to inform our GTM.
Job requirements
🎯 What we’re looking for:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✔️ Experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (experience in software, or technology industries is a plus).
✔️Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
✔️ Organised and structured, able to keep multiple conversations and tasks on track without dropping the ball.
✔️ Curious and eager to learn. You’re motivated to grow in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
✔️ Comfortable working with CRM systems and prospecting tools (or quick to pick them up).
✔️Fluent in Dutch and English
